Adoption Services

Nov 14, 2016

Let us start our blog post by affirming you for looking at your options. Here at Gladney, the first step in placing a child for adoption is to collect information because we believe that whether or not you choose adoption, researching all your options will make you feel more confident in whatever decision you make.

Adoption services can vary drastically from one adoption agency to another, but at Gladney we have several adoption services that we would consider our favorites:

Options Counselors. These are the first people you talk to when you call Gladney, and they are here to help you. They will listen to your story and give you accurate information to help you figure out if adoption is the right choice for you.

Speak To A Counselor

A Loving Caseworker. Expectant Mother caseworkers are guides who will walk with you through every step of the adoption process. They’re like a close friend who truly understands what you’re going through and genuinely cares about you. From choosing your living situation to choosing a family for your baby, your caseworker will be by your side.

Support. Here at Gladney we value expectant mothers, and so we support them. Whether it’s through providing you with a comfortable living environment, assisting with medical expenses, handling legal procedures, or just being there to comfort and care for you, everyone at Gladney is here to support you.

Lots of Choices. This is your life, so you should be in charge of it. That’s why we give you lots of options. Options for where to live, what type of adoption you want, what kind of family you want for your child, and so much more. In everything, we believe it’s important that you have the final say.Adoption Services   Adoption Services Adoption Services

Connection. Many expectant mothers elect to have an semi-open adoption, which allows them to maintain contact with their child after they are placed with an adoptive family. Gladney facilitates these connections. But not only do we connect you to your child, we also connect you to a bigger family of Gladney staff, birth mothers, post-adoption counselors, support groups, and so many more. Gladney is all about creating connections, so when you call Gladney, you can expect good things.
